Refund Policy for Zombabes & Co. Fear Factory, LLC

Thank you for purchasing tickets to our events at Zombabes & Co. Fear Factory, LLC. Please read our refund policy carefully before completing your purchase.

1. All Sales Are Final

All ticket sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Weather conditions

• Scheduling conflicts

• Illness or personal emergencies

• No-shows or late arrivals

 

2. Event Cancellation or Rescheduling

If an event is canceled by Zombabes & Co. Fear Factory, LLC, you will be notified via the email address provided during your purchase. In the case of cancellation, you will be offered:

• A full refund, or

• An opportunity to transfer your ticket to a rescheduled date (if applicable)

If an event is rescheduled, your original ticket will be honored for the new date. If you are unable to attend the new date, please contact us within 7 days of the reschedule notice to request a refund.

 

3. Ticket Transfers

If you are unable to attend an event, you may transfer your ticket to another person. Please email us at least 24 hours before the event with the name and contact info of the new attendee.
